About us

Bibeau-Schien is located on approximately 20 acres just north of Carlinville, Illinois at 14933 Moore Cemetery Road. We have 4 primary areas of manufacturing. We are also a distributor/installer of Bibeau Dump Bodies.

1. Dump Trailers

These are sold either through distributorships or directly to the end user. Distributorships are available in some areas. Please feel free to contact us.

 Aluminum Trailer Tubs

The standard lengths that we build range from 22' to 34'. Standard side heights range from 54" to 72". Other sizes are available upon request. Tailgates can be ordered as standard swing-out and barn-door opening. Watertight gates are also available. Most sizes of these tubs can be ordered with smooth or post-sides.

 Steel Trailer Tubs

These tubs are manufactured in conjunction with Bibeau Enterprises. The standard lengths built range from 22' to 34'. Standard side heights are from 54" and 60". Tailgates can be ordered as standard swing-out, barn-door and high-lift opening. Watertight gates are also available. Tubs can be ordered with smooth or post-sides. The standard colors that we use to paint the finished bodies are red, black and grey. Other colors are available.

Dump-trailer Chassis

The standard lengths that we build range from 22' to 34'. Other lengths are available. They can be manufactured from steel or aluminum. Suspensions can be air-ride or single-point. Wheels can be ordered as steel or aluminum, polished or machine finished. Auxiliary lift axles are also available.

2. Aluminum Dump Bodies

Bibeau USA Alliance Aluminum

These bodies are built in conjunction with Bibeau Enterprises. They offer the best combination of light weight and strength available in today's dump body market. Standard side heights range from 36" to 60". Tailgates must be a minimum of 6' taller than the sides. All bodies are smooth sided and crossmemberless. All aluminum used is high-tensile 6061-t6. The bodies have dual air tailgate cylinders for enhanced load security. Further, the bodies are designed with access panels to easily service the cylinders. The standard bodies utilize Mailhot hoists which are trunion mounted. This allows for an exceptionally small doghouse which means fewer clean-out problems. Available body options available include cab shield/size, side-sheet thickness, high-lift tailgate, water-tight tailgate, spreader lips, 45 degree rear bumpers and many others.

Schien Aluminum Dump Bodies

These bodies are standard sheet and post-type aluminum bodies. They can be ordered with Mailhot or standard custom hoists. Standard side heights range from 36" to 60". Tailgates can be the same height as the sides or taller. Available body options include cab shield/size, side sheet thickness, barn-door tailgate, water-tight tailgate, spreader lips and many others.

3. Pup Trailer and Wagons

These are new products and are being built in conjunction with Bibeau Enterprises. Manufacturing is to begin during the first quarter of 2007. Please feel free to contact us for additional information.

4. Medical Equipment Chassis

These chassis are manufactured under an OEM Proprietary Agreement and are not for sale to the general public or through distributorships.
